Hi. Unfortunately, no time right now. My wife drives the car once in a while so I can't pull the bumper and work at my leisure anymore.

Dechroming interior:

I have some gloss black tape left from dechroming, so I decided to try to dechrome few interior elements.

I am quite happy from the effect. To make it perfectly I should disassemble all these plastics ( i am worry to not to broke them). I am still thinking if it stay as it is right now or should Iremove and back to the silver..

First fitting

please do not focus too much on details because it is not a final shape of the bezel. I think at this moment I am quite convinced that I have to cut also this upper part, because now the look is not complete with this original part highlighted in blue.

I think it will look much, much better when honeycombs will fill all the area of bezel

It took me almost an hour to get it right. I wrapped the 4 pieces behind the door handle

One step closer. It takes many hours to trim it properly but I really have a hope that it will be worth the effort. I hope I will not fu** up this

New Exhaust is coming

If all goes well next week I'll install a new exhaust

Custom tips:
3,5" black anodized aluminum covers
3" inside pipes

We will try to have the tips in the same way as they are in the OEM version (first shorter, second longer)

right bezel almost done. Making the bottom grill (4 straight lines) was easy peasy comparing to this bezel (a lot of curvatures). I worked on that more than 2,5 hours.
It is not hard but very time consuming. It takes a lot of trimmings and gentle treatment. I broke one piece - I have to stick it

This evening I will fit bezel the car without bumper disassembly to let you know how it looks like.
