Is or has anybody used an OBD2 splitter? I'm interested in using my nGuage and an OBD2 performance software(ie. Torque pro) at the same time. Not sure how well this will actually work, if at all. It wouldn't really be advantageous if both were unable to "pull" data at the same time, which I suspect may be an issue. Plus would there be an issue with the OBD2 port powering both my nGuage and Bluetooth OBD2 adapter at the same time?
I've found splitters on Amazon with great reviews, but have yet to read of someone using them for the same thing as I would be.

It'll be fine as long as the two devices aren't working against each other. If they're well designed there won't be an issue. The only way to know for sure is to test the two devices together. The worst that will happen is you'll get a lot of error messages on your dash. Unplug the cable and restart the car and they should clear.

The cable itself won't be an issue. I've used Y-Cables on vehicles before.
