Sticker was expiring this month so I decided to take it to get a new one, should be no problem. Well, turns out everything is good but the OBD Test "is not ready." I get that cars need a cycle after having their codes cleared/battery disconnected but even after 657 miles? The only thing I can think of is because of the battery being disconnected for some time (approximately 2 hours, 3 tops) really reset the computer and it just needs a bigger sample than just clearing the codes would. Guy at the shop said to drive it another 100 miles and he can check the status with his scanner so I'm gonna do that. Any experience or info on this would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Are you tuned. All my monitors would not set until I went back to stock tune. Have no idea why.
This is how I have been driving around, apparently, all the time with a tune.

Was thinking I was gonna have to flash to stock as a last resort but didn't want to do it unless I knew. Gonna do that and drive around some more I guess lol. This is exactly the answer I was looking for. Not sure why this happens though either but good to know that it's what causes it. Thank you my friend 👍

All monitors set for me the next day, after stock tune. Make sure tank is not full or EVAP monitor will never set
(well, not until you get below 3/4 tank).

Drove around a little bit after returning to stock and got my sticker no problem. Just threw me off because I know the tune shouldn’t really be messing with emissions stuff but it still seems to be.

I had this problem (Not ready) with a highly tunes 2006 fusion turbo. Who did your tune? It is my understanding monitors stay on with a current tune. So you don't blow stuff up.
Tune is from James just a 93 rk tune so maybe that’s why but not completely sure. Possibly the normal 93 tune wouldn’t have this problem but I can’t say for certain. I know he says his tunes have no impact on emissions stuff and I believe him but just not sure why it blocked those three tests (unless it does change some emissions stuff lol).
