Greetings from Ohio. I found this forum when doing further research after deciding on the Fusion Sport. I was originally going to order a Taurus SHO, but when I went into the dealership it was right when the order forms went live for the Fusion Sport so I flipped my decision for cost and looks/ergonomics preference.

Now waiting for my pearl white Fusion Sport to arrive in the next week or two and since it's entertaining to keep up with the posts on this site I thought I'd finally introduce myself.

Hey welcome to the forums ! Congratulations on pulling the trigger, I think you made the right choice Can't wait to see pictures of when you get it. Do you have any modifications that you know you'll be doing right away ?

Drof, the only modifications I plan to do quickly will be K&N drop-in filter and any speaker swaps I need to do to please my overly critical ears. I've heard mixed reviews on the Ford Sony systems, but since everyone has their own sound preferences I'll reserve judgement until I've driven a few thousand miles with various music genres.

I think I ordered everything but the adaptive cruise control - my wife's CR-V has that and it drives me nuts when I'm on the highway.

So I got the sports upgrade package, the driver's assistance package, and added cooling to the heated seats. I'm 6' 5" so the sunroof option stayed unchecked as well... part of the reason I ordered early - I wasn't expecting too many Sport models to hit the dealerships without a sunroof.
