My personal favorite are EBC pads. I'm currently running EBC YellowStuff and I couldn't be happier. Stock rotors are fantastic and held up to track use perfectly (no gouging, warping, or un-even bedding), so unless you want the looks of the slotted/drilled rotors you can just use the stock discs.
Yellow Stuff's are "track day" level pads, so produce a fair amount of dust, but the bite I get is very much worth it in my opinion. I've also had EBC RedStuff pads and liked those as well, and those don't create anywhere near as much brake dust.
