There are two of these black plastic bags on my FFS (11/16 build) one on each side tucked under the hood near the hood hinges.

Id say something leftovee after assembly/transport. They should have been removed during prep.

No idea...but Mexico might be trying to export it's trash back to the USA in order to cut costs. If they have to throw away 300,000 fewer plastic bags and pieces of random paper we have been finding in our engine bays, it will make Hermosillo look more efficient!

I found a kilo of coke in mine. Made most of my purchase price back! Although, there has been a black Escalade creeping around my neighborhood for the last few weeks, sooo... Maybe just leave it?
