Just saw on Motorweek that the Mustang beat out the Camaro and Challenger in National Safety tests too!

I am impressed with how Ford addresses consumer concerns, particularly with the 2017 Fusion. Switched to Sync 3, moved the cup holders, re-engineered to the front end (and added collision mitigation) to get the highest crash test rating and last but not least added a performance model.

That was a tad hard to watch indeed but those airbags do a darn good job ! I wonder what the footwell area would look like though ?

The foot well intrusion doesn't actually look that bad and if it wasn't for the oddly placed dummy feet, it could looks a lot more normal. You'll probably get a it of a sprain at the test speeds.
