Turbo Tech Racing Power Core Intercooler!

Turbo Tech Racing Power Core Intercooler!

Here is some updates:

-Large Bar and Plate Core 24" X 8" X 3.5"
-CAD Designed
-Thick Aluminum End Tanks
-CNC machined
-Professionally TIG Welded
-Port for factory MAP sensor to be installed
-Made in the USA!

Unlike other current intercoolers, we will be installing an air diverter into the inlet side of the intercooler tank. This greatly helps reduce turbulence and allows for a smoother air entrance into the core, and even distribution. See photos #2 and #3 below. The red colored part is the air diverter.

So I assume this won't happen then as posted HERE.

We will also be manufacturing a front mount intercooler. Thick durable end tanks, which are curved to advanced air flow, professionally TIG Welded by us/TTR in house, here in the USA! Direct fit/bolt on, no drill, no cutting.

Good question!

After further analysis of end tanks relative to input and output tubes, the curved tanks doesn’t do much difference, if any. The diverter flange showed the most need.

Ford has a diverter flange/profile in the stock intercooler, most likely same reason we found it is needed.

See the price is up 49 bucks already. Any idea when and if you get them going?

We are adding standard T bolt clamps :)

Price may go down closer to original estimate once final cost come in. Just a place holder for now.

How is the list price $750.00 but you sell it for $550? If you're the manufacturer, wouldn't the list price be $550? You know Harbor Freight just lost a lawsuit over that, right? ;)

What do you guys use for the analysis, just curious?

Fixed! Our system auto applied a value above the price, but we corrected this.

Thanks for pointing this out.
