It Has To Be Said: Dodge Challenger GT AWD

Billing itself as the original american muscle car AWD (skipping the fact that Ford, Cadillac, Lincoln AND Chrysler have offered AWD cars with more power) it totally underwhelms at 14.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile! Same weight as ours (4100 lbs) but with a 305 hp six and an 8 speed transmission tuned for comfort. The only advantage is that it'll be $35000 before incentives, so it'll undercut the FS that way. Sad to me that the guys who advertise themselves as all performance can't build a decent AWD sports coupe/sedan!

Yeah. I thought about it when it was announced. If they would at least make the R/T in an AWD where you could get the 370 HP it wouldn't be bad. They offered the Charger that way for a bit, but eventually stopped. If they would offer it as the R/T it would be a much tougher thought, but how it sits now, I will take my Fusion.

Underpowered 2 door. It's interesting, but the Sport is much better for my needs.

While I would love to see this, I doubt it will happen, but the R/T should be happening.

I had a 2006 AWD R/T Magnum (the wagon) It was a decent car, other than everything in the interior going bad/falling apart.

Hellcat is already pushing 4500 lbs and Trackhawk 5400.
Hellcat with AWD might be closer to 5000, than not.
Does not do much for handling really.

Cops get AWD Hemi Chargers. I'd still rather have my Fusion because the turbo power curve beats the **** out of the N/A Hemi, but they aren't too bad.
